Privacy Policy

ITKI is a strength-training app for planning routines, logging workouts, and reviewing progress.

Effective date: 18 September 2026

Information ITKI handles

Information you enter

Account information

An account is optional. If you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple provides an identity token to Supabase for authentication. ITKI requests name and email scopes. Apple may provide a name only on the first authorization; ITKI may use that name as your display name if you have not already chosen one. ITKI does not write your email address into its workout database, although Supabase Auth may hold the email or private relay address and Apple identity information associated with your account.

Technical information

ITKI creates random identifiers for this installation and for records that may sync. It also stores sync state such as change versions, pending work, cursors, and deletion markers. These identifiers support conflict handling and are not advertising identifiers.

On-device data and cloud sync

ITKI is local-first. Routines, exercises, settings, active workouts, completed workout history, and sync state are stored on your device. Core workout logging works without an account or network connection.

Cloud backup and sync are part of ITKI Pro. If you sign in, link the device dataset to your account, and have an active ITKI Pro subscription, ITKI syncs your optional display name, weight unit, default rest time, custom exercises, routines and their targets, deletion state, and completed workout snapshots to Supabase. Completed snapshots include routine and exercise names, workout times, weights, repetitions, and set times.

Without an active ITKI Pro subscription, sync does not run: your data stays on the device and changes waiting to sync are kept on the device. A subscription ending does not delete data from the device or from the cloud.

Active workouts remain on the device and are not uploaded while active. Haptics stays device-only. Personal records, best performances, and training suggestions are derived from workout data rather than stored as separate cloud records.

ITKI Pro subscriptions

ITKI Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription. If you buy it, Apple processes your payment through the App Store, and the plans and prices you see come from the App Store. ITKI does not receive or store your payment card details.

ITKI uses RevenueCat to retrieve the subscription options shown in the app, validate App Store purchases, keep track of whether your ITKI Pro subscription is active, and restore purchases when you ask. RevenueCat does not process your payment. It receives purchase and transaction information for ITKI Pro and an app user identifier. When you are not signed in, that identifier is a random anonymous ID created by RevenueCat's software. When you are signed in, ITKI uses your ITKI account identifier - not your email address or name - so your subscription can be recognized for your account. When you sign in after buying while signed out, RevenueCat may associate that earlier purchase with your account. Signing out switches RevenueCat back to a new anonymous identifier.

RevenueCat's software also sends technical information with its requests: the app version and build, the iOS version, the device model, your preferred languages, your App Store country or region, whether the purchase is in Apple's test environment, and an identifier Apple provides to apps from the same developer on your device. It is not the advertising identifier. ITKI does not send RevenueCat your workouts, routines, exercises, settings, email address or name.

ITKI does not store receipts, transactions or subscription status in its workout database, and has not configured RevenueCat for advertising or attribution.

Crash and error diagnostics

Release versions of ITKI use Sentry to receive a report when the app crashes or hits an unexpected error, so the problem can be found and fixed. A report contains technical information: the type of error and a message with identifiers removed, where in the app's code it happened, the app version and build, the iOS version, the device model, technical device state such as memory and storage, and language and region settings. Crash reports from the iPhone's native layer also include a random identifier that Sentry's software creates for the app installation.

ITKI does not attach your account, your name or email address, or your routines, exercises, workouts or settings to these reports, and it removes identifiers it recognizes before a report is sent. ITKI does not use Sentry for Session Replay, screenshots, performance monitoring, product analytics, advertising or cross-app tracking. As with any network connection, Sentry's servers receive your device's IP address when a report is sent.

Why information is used

The current app contains no advertising, cross-app tracking, product analytics, Apple Health integration, or medical-record integration. Subscription payments are processed by Apple. ITKI does not sell personal information, and it does not use RevenueCat for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Where applicable law requires a legal ground, ITKI uses the ground that fits the purpose: providing account, sync and subscription features you request; legitimate interests in service security, reliability and narrowly scoped diagnostics where those interests are not overridden by your rights; responding to support requests; compliance with legal obligations; and consent only where applicable law specifically requires it.

Acceptance of this Privacy Policy is not treated as consent for unrelated processing.

Current service providers

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

The production Supabase project is hosted in the EU Central (Frankfurt) region. RevenueCat, Sentry and Apple may process information through infrastructure in other countries. Where applicable law restricts international transfers, ITKI will use an available lawful transfer mechanism before making a transfer that requires one. This policy does not itself replace any required transfer agreement or filing.

Retention, sign out, and deletion

Local data remains on the device until it is changed or removed through the app, erased through account deletion where applicable, or removed with the app's storage by the operating system. Signing out ends the Supabase session but deliberately keeps local training data, account binding, and pending sync state.

While signed in, you can delete your ITKI account from Profile → Account → Delete Account. If you may have ITKI Pro, the app first explains that Apple billing is separate, offers Apple's subscription management, and still lets you continue immediately. After confirmation and a fresh Apple authorization, ITKI asks RevenueCat to delete the customer record linked to the account, revokes ITKI's Sign in with Apple authorization, permanently deletes the ITKI account and its live cloud application records, then erases that account's training data on this device. RevenueCat processes its deletion after accepting the request, so its removal may not be immediate.

Deleting your ITKI account, or deleting ITKI from your device, does not cancel an App Store subscription. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions: subscriptions are managed and cancelled through Apple, in your Apple Account subscription settings. If you later use Restore Purchases while an App Store subscription is still active, RevenueCat may create a new subscription record for it. Apple, and RevenueCat for records outside a deleted customer, keep subscription and transaction records under their own policies.

Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain a record of the request, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Security and diagnostic logs are kept for the periods configured with the relevant provider and only for security, reliability and troubleshooting. Limited residual copies may remain in provider backups for a bounded backup cycle or as required by law; account deletion is not a promise of instantaneous removal from every backup.

Your choices

Your data-protection rights

If Turkish data-protection law applies, you may exercise the rights provided by Article 11 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK), including asking whether your personal data is processed, requesting information about processing, learning the purpose and recipients, requesting correction or deletion where legal conditions are met, requesting notification to third parties where applicable, objecting to a result produced exclusively by automated analysis where it is against you, and seeking compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Other jurisdictions may provide additional rights.

Send requests to support@itkiapp.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting.

Children

ITKI is a general fitness logging app and is not directed to children. If the law where you live requires a parent or guardian to authorize use of an online service or the processing of personal data, do not create an ITKI account unless that requirement has been satisfied.

Security and limitations

ITKI uses authenticated access controls and per-account cloud data boundaries. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Keep your device and Apple account access protected.

Fitness information

ITKI is a workout logging and training-information tool. It is not a medical service, does not diagnose conditions, and does not provide medical advice. See the fitness disclaimer in the Terms of Use.

Policy updates and contact

This policy may be updated when ITKI's features or providers change. The published page will identify its effective date, and material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
